So Called MLM Leaders Quit Everyday

Have you ever asked yourself
Why many "so called mlm leaders" quit one home business to go start another?

I use to ask myself that question in my early mlm years but not anymore.

My Definition of a so called mlm leader - someone with years of mlm experience, a smooth talker, great presenter, knows everyone in the industry and every few years they are in another deal. They are very unstable in all areas of their life; they move around a lot and in most cases they do not have their finances in order. And of course they have a small entourage of mlm junkies who jump around with them.

There are many reasons why these "So called mlm leaders quit."
In my own humble opinion, here is the #1 reason why so many so called leaders quit.

1- The free lunch they were given is over. Some one gave them a position, placed some workers/volume under them and gave them recognition on stage. It was great during the beginning stages of the company (1yr - 4yr).
These so called leaders were getting a free check just for managing a team and showing up.

Now during the 5th year the free lunch is over.

Now it's time to work for real.

The so called leader has to go out and recruit but they can't!

The so called leader would rather get another sweet no work deal somewhere else.
All they do is con some new company owner or a big distributor with a vacant position.
They bring in all of their mlm junkie friends over to the new deal. They manage and show up for a few years and then by year 5 they are back at it again.

Here is a message to these losers.
You make our industry and every company in our profession look bad.

Your time will come!
