80,000 U.S. Jobs Lost In March 2008
Third straight month of job loses in the United States.
Scary but true!
Over 80,000 Jobs lost in the United States in March alone.
The job market continues to deteriorate and as Network Marketers
we could do something about it.
Our industry taps into a global economy. Network Marketing is Anti-Cyclical. When the economy is down the industry is up. International aspect protects against down economies.
The timing couldn't be better for people to get involved in Network Marketing.

Melaleuca Gets Law Passed
MELALEUCA GETS IDAHO LAW PASSED AGAINST DISTRIBUTORS
Ouch! Don't get into the top 5% of Distributors in Melaleuca or you will be bound by laws rather than a golden parachute of income!

MELALEUCA GETS LAW PASSED IN IDAHO
MELALEUCA HANDCUFFS TOP DISTRIBUTORS WITH NON-COMPETE LAW
Ed Note: This is the final copy of the so called "Melaleuca" Bill and it is our understanding that it was passed into law pretty much as you read below so now it can be called the "Melaleuca law." A lobby group "Idaho Association of Commerce and Industry" lists the MLM Melaleuca as a client. Why? The owner of Melaleuca probably got tired of filing lawsuits against his distributors that went to work for another MLM - Network Marketing company. Of the senior MLM - Network Marketing companies. it is this editors opinion that the owner of Melaluca has filed more lawsuits against his own MLM Distributors that any other company (exception the old Neways under Tom Mower). We will publish an analysis of lawsuits later when we obtain the case listings (old Neways had 28 pages under Tom Mower).
Watchdog: Editorial analysis is that this action will hurt Melaleuca more than help Melaluca. It appears that the top 5% of Distributors in Melaleuca according to information on their website don't make that much money! Combine that with the Internet "buzzz" about Melaluca not being an MLM - Network Marketing Company and you have a bad PR mix with this law. At the same time the IRS is starting to snoop around MLM for Distributors being "captured" Independent Contractors. The IRS wants to do withholding on Independent contractors that are not actually Independent. Ouch... this bill won't help the industry and may hurt all of you.

They have some cool products, however it is an old school mlm company. The company founder is the Godfather of MLM. He wants it his way or not at all. He will hurt his distributors and take away their hard earned checks. This guy travels with body guards and thinks he is the Don.
We do not need a MLM Mafia.
